Savanna Industrial Park offers competitively priced land, existing facilities and is zoned for industrial, commercial and mixed-use development.
All property is located above the 100-year flood plain and within the Jo-Carroll Depot Enterprise Zone, Upper Mississippi River International Port District, and Foreign Trade Zone #271.
The park is served by a Class I railroad, BNSF (Burlington Northern Santa Fe) with connection provided by Riverport Railroad, a Class III short line, terminal and switching rail service. With more than 72 miles of track within the park, nearly all industrial-zoned property is accessible by rail with capacity to store 2,600 rail cars.

The Jo-Carroll Depot LRA was created by intergovernmental agreement between Carroll and Jo Daviess counties to oversee the transfer and reuse of the former Savanna Army Depot, which officially closed in 2000 under the 1995 BRAC.
